A two-bedroom appartment comprising one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, a separate bathroom with shower, and a kitchen equipped with a double hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has a small south-east-facing terrace and a small garden area. Residents have access to a shared swimming pool. In addition, free Wi-Fi and secure parking are provided.

Rates

2 x Adults = 118 € per night (minumum 2 nights)
2 x Adults + 2 x Children = €130 per night ( minumum 2 nights)

Accommodation is available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.    
A deposit of 500€ is required for the rental and cleaning.     
The rental must be cleaned by the tenant just before departure. In the event of unclean accommodation, a cleaning charge of €60 will be deducted after the final inventory of fixtures.

The establishment is entirely non-smoking. Animals are not allowed on the premises, including the garden and terrace. Thank you for your understanding.
