Arrival/departure :
The Gîte and Hotel Rooms are available from 16h00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure.

Please check that you have all of your belongings with you when you depart as we are unable to store or return left items.

Reservation conditions :

In order to guarantee your reservation we require a 30% non-refundable deposit payable by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.  The balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.   

Gîte :
In order to guarantee your reservation we require a 30% non-refundable deposit payable by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.  The balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.  
A refundable damage deposit of 500€ is required with the final payment, refundable upon satisfactory inspection will be returned to you by post within 7 days at your home adresse
