Chef de cuisine since 1978, with a wide and varied experience in top restaurants, we have owned a restaurant in Bloomsbury London (WC1) for 20 years and are proud to have served many distinguished guests. In addition to our gastronomical creations, we offer a selection of french brasserie favorites to suite guests budget (cooked by the same chef ) and exciting vegan and vegetarian dishes with a modern twist. All served in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in our charming restaurant or outside in our gardens enjoying the stunning views of Mount Canigou and the very nice surroundings.
We have seen seen many decades of environmental changes and we like to source our produce locally, of course planting our own vegetables and extensive range of aromatic herbes. We pay special attention to our varieties of lemons which enhance and add a touch of lightness and twist of modernity to French cuisine. For example : Yuzu-Kalamansi-Combava, Hand of Budha-Chinotto-Citron Caviar, Komquate & other Medit/varieties of lemons. Fom our gardens to our customers plates. Our guests can follow the publications of the photos of our harvests throughout the seasons and also the harvest of our fruits, wild salades and edible flowers.

During our time as owners and chefs in Canet-en-Roussillon, we were renowned for our original, inovative dishes. We are delighted to have brought these, and many more new exciting dishes, to La Mirabelle-Casteil.
