A flat with one double bedroom. Bathroom with shower, kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It has a large, covered, south-west-facing terrace with BBQ. Residents have access to a communal swimming pool. In addition, free Wi-Fi and secure parking are provided. 

Rates

2 x persons = €120 per night (minimum 2 nights)

Accommodation is available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.    
A deposit of 500€ is required for the rental and cleaning.     
The rental must be cleaned by the tenant just before departure. In the event of unclean accommodation, a cleaning charge of €60 will be deducted after the final inventory of fixtures.

The establishment is entirely non-smoking. Animals are not allowed on the premises, including the garden and terrace. Thank you for your understanding.
